Within the preview everything looks great, but after exporting when the gif has reached the point of reversal, it will consistently play backwards 1) at a much quicker speed and 2) it will overshoot the starting point that I’ve selected to further back in the capture (if the portion I’ve selected for the gif doesn’t begin at the beginning of the capture).
